As a first time home buyer I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I was blown away by how knowledgeable, open/honest and quick to respond Johnny was. It was such a great feeling to be able to put such a huge life purchase is someone's hands, trusting they would fight until the end to ensure they found you the best home to suit your life at the best price. I couldn't imagine how annoying all my texts and calls were with all my questions (as you would assume as a first time home buyer I had a ton of questions), but Johnny did nothing less than ensure he responded quickly and went above and beyond in answering all the questions I had. I would recommend Johnny again and again and will not hesitate in trusting that he will be the one to find my next perfect home!

I was lucky enough to work with John to buy my first home. Throughout the buying process, he struck the perfect balance between giving me his professional advice, but never pushing me into anything and always keeping my wants top of mind. He also went out of his way to teach me more about the real estate market, the different steps you need to take in buying a home including other professionals to work with throughout the process that made home buying seamless, and never made me feel like I needed to make a hasty decision. He's also taken the time after the purchase to give me advice on different decisions and renos that I might pursue to increase the value of my home. John was tremendous from the start of the home buying process to the end. As a first time home buyer everything that is involved from finding the right house, to getting the right mortgage and setting up the utilities/ amenities is extremely intimidating. I can honestly say that was never the case having John as my realtor, he was attentive, committed and without hesitation went the extra mile. The purchasing process could not have been easier. If i needed to call to ask questions at anytime of day i was kindly greeted with a "John here" and was not only answered but additional solutions were provided to make the task easier.
